At the moment I feel like this server needs more staff active on the community servers I think I've SEEN one out of all the hours I've spent on the server, though I feel like your application is pretty weak, I would want more information. Also it feels like you would hesitate to punish someone. Like not defusing, standing AFK for a bit etc.
But I enjoy that you want to be an Active admin. Its just boring to hear people constantly threatening each other and there's never a staff to take care of it.
